Wreck Diver - Course Dates & Times

This course is designed to provide a diver with the skills and knowledge needed to gain experience and minimize risk in wreck diving. Students with be taught safe wreck penetration utilizing proper gas management rules and line techniques. The following subject areas are covered in this course: safety precautions for overhead environments, equipment configuration for overhead environments, limited visibility, locating wrecks, search methods, underwater navigation, legal aspects, artifacts, treasure, salvage, mapping, archaeology and emergency procedures for overhead environments.

Prerequisites:

• PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent experience)
  
• Minimum age: 15

The Wreck Diver Course includes:

• Classroom sessions
  
• 4 open water dives over a 2 day period
  
• Confined water session at discretion of instructor
  
• PADI registration fee of $ (Upon successful completion)

Student must provide:

• All scuba equipment
  
• Any charter or site fees
  
• PADI recreational dive planner
